- Medical Officer: MBBS recognized by NMC
- Study Coordinator: Graduate degree in Life Science + three years post qualification experience or PG in above subject/field
- Study Nurse: B.Sc. Nursing/GNM with valid registration
- Laboratory Technician: B.Sc. MLT/DMLT with relevant laboratory experience
- Field Worker: 12th Pass with field survey experience
